Nearest British rail station is Birchington, which is about a mile away. Then take the number 38 bus that runs from the station to king Edward Road (just round the corner) or nearby cab service from the station.
If you are driving:
From the Dartford Bridge follow the A2 towards Canterbury and Dover, then onto the M2 towards Canterbury/Dover, then the A299 towards Ramsgate/Margate. When you get to the first roundabout take the 2nd left towards Birchington A28. Then you go past a petrol station on the right hand side follow the road into Birchington. Just past the Birchington sign is another petrol garage on the right, turn right past this garage into King Edward Road then next left is Alexandra Road, I am based Second property on the left. Hey Presto you’ve arrived.

British Rail
nearest BR station is Metheringham, come out of the station and turn right, that is Lincoln Road. It's about one mile to number 54.
If you are driving
Start – Lincoln Central railway Station
Turn right onto A57
At roundabout follow signs onto the A15 (signposted Sleaford, Grantham A607)
Turn left to join the A15
At traffic signals turn right onto South Park Avenue - A15 (signposted Sleaford, Grantham A607)
At roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A15
Then immediately bear left (signposted Sleaford, Grantham A607)
Warning: Speed Cameras along the A15
At crossroads turn left onto Metheringham Heath Lane - B1202 (signposted Metheringham)
Turn right onto Sleaford Road - B1188
Turn left onto Lincoln Road - B1189 (signposted Billinghay) No 54 You’ve arrived!!

British Rail
Nearest British Rail station is Longfield, local pick up from Longfield by arrangement or cab service available. Nearest mainline station is Dartford. Then take the number 96 bus to Bluewater and then change to the number 475 bus to the Colyer Arms pub. With the pub on your left hand side take the first right into Crayburne. Walk to the end of this unmade road and walk round the roundabout until you reach the iron gates.
If you are driving
From London exit the A2 at the Bluewater turn off and turn right on the roundabout (3rd exit). Go over the A2 and at the next roundabout, turn right (2nd exit). Follow this road at first mini roundabout take the second exit ( straight ahead) at the second mini roundabout take the first exit ( straight ahead) continue all the way through Bean and at the T junction turn left. Follow this road for about a mile and when you pass the Colyer Arm public house on your left take the next right (Crayburne) go to the end of this unmade road and go round the roundabout until you reach the iron gates. From Kent exit the A2 at the Pepperhill turn off. At the roundabout take the second exit (station road) and continue until you see the sign for Betsham on your right. Approximately 100 yards on your left is an unmade road (Crayburne) take this turning, go to the end of this unmade road and go round the roundabout until you reach the iron gates.
